Teresa Tomeo interviewed CMF CURO’s Michael Vacca on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 for her Catholic Connection radio program. What does the Catholic Church say about conscience, vaccines and mandates? Michael Vacca shared sections of the Catechism and emphasized that “our relationship with Christ is at the heart of conscience.”
“We are called to submit to faith and reason,” he said.
Vacca and Tomeo then turned to discuss the angry rhetoric being hurled back and forth at whoever is on the other side of the vaccine and mandate issues, including the vitriol within the Church. They called on everyone on both sides to be humble and respectful, and to pray.
